It costs the contributor nothing to join Ad Stock Images (Ad Stock Images and AdStockImages.com) and participate in online sales through both our AdStockImages.com Web site and the MyLoupe.com Web site. You are empowered by Ad Stock Images' web based tools to upload, caption, keyword and select pricing options. Those services will be available on a fee basis for those who would rather have us do it.

When your images sell on either Web portal, Ad Stock Images will pay you 60% of the net sum received. "Net sum" is the amount after the deduction of credit card processing fees and currency conversion costs (see Contributor Agreement, section 1.3). These fees usually amount to no more than 3%.

Ad Stock Images recently joined the MyLoupe.com network, which gives their photographers the benefit of MyLoupe's superior e-commerce technology and allows photographers to instantly upload and market their digital stock photography. Ad Stock Images decided to utilize MyLoupe's existing technology, so we could concentrate on what we do best: marketing. We believe MyLoupe has built the "better mouse trap", and Ad Stock Images'Ad Stock Images expertise is in driving mice (photo buyers) to that "trap"!

Ad Stock Images has been licensing stock photography since 1978, and has been offering stock on the Internet since 1995. Ad Stock Images' strengths lie in name-recognition, an established client base, stability and experience. Two of their staff members have been with the agency for over 18 years. Our Web site, AdStockImages.com receives over 50,000 hits a day, and 5,000 unique visitors a day.

While photographers have the option of joining MyLoupe.com, and also having their images appear on Ad Stock Images, joining Ad Stock Images has several advantages:

• Get More Attention. Ad Stock Images photographers can expect more of their images to be uniquely featured (driving traffic and sales). They can also expect more guidance on what to shoot and what sells. Ad Stock Images photographers will also receive additional keyword suggestions that help more of their images get chosen by photo buyers.

• Make More Money. Ad Stock Images contributors receive a 60% royalty on sales from both the AdStockImages.com and the MyLoupe.com Web portals. Although contributors can join MyLoupe directly and receive a 70% royalty on MyLoupe.com sales, they will only receive a 50% royalty when their images are shown and sold via the AdStockImages.com portal. Because AdStockImages.com has more Web traffic than MyLoupe.com (according to Alexa.com), we believe contributors joining Ad Stock Images will make more money than if they join MyLoupe and have their images shown on AdStockImages.com. Ad Stock Images has more experience in negotiating and valuing your photos.

(Note: MyLoupe also has a "MySite" program where MyLoupe will build and brand a Web site under a photographer's own domain name. Photographers receive 85% royalties ONLY on sales made via their own "MySite", but must pay a subscription fee, AND generate Web traffic to their MySite. MySite photographers still receive the same 70% royalties on sales generated through the MyLoupe.com Web site and only 50% royalties on sales through the AdStockImages.com site.)

• Get Paid Quicker. Ad Stock Images photographers are paid monthly, whereas MyLoupe photographers are paid quarterly. (Ad Stock Images photographers are paid monthly for royalties totaling $200 or more, and paid quarterly when royalties are less than $200.)

Options:

1. Upload images through your web-based members administration module. You can upload individual images or batches of 1 - 10. In batch mode embedded ITPC data will be imported.
2. Bulk Upload
   1. Prepare your images according to our submission guidelines and mail them on a CD or DVD. There is a $0.15 per image fee for this service which may be deferred against royalty payments. You'll be emailed as soon as they are uploaded (ITPC data will be imported in the bulk upload method).
   2. They are uploaded, processed, and left in a unpublished state awaiting captioning, keywording and pricing.
   3. You can log-in to your administrative module and publish them, select pricing options, check imported ITPC data or add captions and keywords.
